As I only signed up to WW this morning I had to try and find something with a not too high points value for tea so i decided to make some bubble and squeak potato cakes made from a packet of Asda instant mash with bubble and squeak. I was actually very surprised at how nice they were and how satisfied i felt after.
I made up following the instructions on the back of the packet leaving out the butter, then i formed in to patties and put under the grill until golden on each side and had them with 6 tbsps of baked beans. The total for this was 16 pro points
