Morning All

I currently weigh 13 Stone 11ish .... I need to weigh 12 Stone by 29 March - not sure this is going to happen anymore. 7 weeks at 3lb a week is probably not going to do it now but I have to try to get as close as possible to my target.

The problem is I CANNOT STICK TO CD ANYMORE.

I need help... just motivation via email or this site, someone who understands how I feel... can anyone help me please? :sigh:

I think I need people who are going to be around that can check up on me and keep me on the straight and narrow and I in turn will do the same for them if they need it. Please???? :cry:
 
Hi LP have you thought of doing 790???? It allows you a certain amount of food and for me that helps on the days I feel like cheating - or want to go out and socialise. I keep tuna, cottage cheese, salad in and if I want/need it have a meal in the evening. Some days I end up doing 790 and others SS.

Put lots of piccys of your holiday around the kitchen. Get out your bikini or some outfit you want to slim into for holiday and put it where you see it every morning when you wake up, so you are already inspiring yourself before getting out of bed!

If you're on CD sole source then how about moving up to 790? I had to face facts that SS just wasn't for me anymore and that it was better to do 790 than to SS badly.

I've lost 15lb between Jan 5th and last Friday (weigh in tonight) which I'm really chuffed about. I get to have a really decent evening meal followed by a CD mousse so it doesn't feel like such a grind but I still have those great CD 'narrow rails' which mean I can't just go and have 'anything'. 790 I definitely a way to get really decent weight losses (which keep the motivation up) but still have some food.

If 790 even seems too restrictive, there's CD 1000 which give you even more flexibility and still have a respectable loss.

Alternatively, there are the mainstream diets such as WW, SW or RC. The results may be a little slower but, done properly (and there's the key) they give good, consistant losses.
