Hi everyone I did stop smoking for a while and then started again grrr. On Thursday I have made an appointment with my local NHS stop smoking service. I've tried everything and really need to take this seriously now as I have COPD and a lung age off 66 and I am only 45. I'm also 9 stone overweight which is depressing me. And hoping to start slimming as well and eat healthily. Would anybody like to buddy up with me to stop smoking? We could all help each other along. You are all doing so well and you are all inspiring me. Thanks
