Buffalo & smoked bacon sausages

Just saw some Laverstoke Park Farm Buffalo & Smoked Bacon Sausages in a Waitrose magazine, but couldn't find a syn value for any Buffalo products online.
Is buffalo low syned like venison?
Any help, because they look delicious?

Hmmm..I'll search when I'm off the phone and on the laptop! I do know though that buffalo has around half the fat content of lean beef mince! This probably doesn't make much difference in a sausage etc! Will search around for you though!! Xx

Havnt managed to find much about these-other than nutritional info from the packet.

Have you tried that in the syns calc making sure you enter the free food allowance?
