    Hii all,

Well, I think Ive been considering doing exante for a little over 3 months now. I'm on this forum like everyday reading up about.. yeah, i know... was getting kinda stalker-ish :p so i thought i may aswell sign up.

I got my pack today, so I'm gonna start on it tomorrow (gotta say bye to a few things first lol :D:D )
I'll be doing Working Solution as I don't think I'll be able to go days without proper food, I may I may switch it up and see how things go.

I have a question, I briefly read somewhere something about a 4 week food break? Can someone eloborate on this please? - Cheers xx

You only need to add food on week 4 if you are on total meal replacements I think with the working solutions you just carry on until you get to goal
    Good luck

its actually on your 5th week you do it. And only if you are on TS.
You'd be surprised how easy TS is when you get into it. After the first hellish few days ketosis comes and its like... wahey. No hunger no nothing. :)

    Good luck x

There is a refeed program that you get in a booklet I think with the packs, it will tell you what you can have and gradually introduces carbs back into your diet.

Good luck for your Exante Journey :)

This link here gives you an idea about reintroducing food... It's not particuarly compresensive but it gives you an idea. I would e-mail them and maybe they'll be able to send you a pdf of the booklet you're missing, i think their customer service for things like that is pretty good.
