    HI I have just bought butternut squash from tesco is this still free?

    Check the ingredients. If its 100% butternut its free. If there are any other ingredients this may alter its free-ness and give it a syn value.

    Same applies to any frozen vegetables. Read the ingredients list and if there are no other ingredients - flour, oil, etc. - which have syns then it will be free.
