Buying lunch out in the UK

I have to go somewhere important after work tomorrow so I can't take my usual lunches in.

Any recommendations on what I could grab to eat on the go?

Subway salad?
M&S do some nice salads or sushi packs for very few syns.

Hey swNavi what did you go for in the end?
I've got the same problem and think I'll go for a subway salad or the new Pret soups are low-syn too. I had their 'no-cream cream of chicken' the other day and it's 6 or 7 (can't remember which - check the app or online). Really delicious.
