Byron Burger- Skinny Burger

Hello!

I have decided to jump back on the Slimming World wagon to loose my pregnancy weight (and maybe a little more). My only problem is, I chose to start today, cliché new years resolution I know, but I just remembered I have a meal with a friend this week at Byron Burger. Does anyone have any advice on what I could have to minimise the syns? I was looking at the Chicken Skinny Burger, which is a bunless burger with side salad instead. I would have gone for the Beef Skinny Burger, but I read that it would be 12.5 syns due to the meat not being lean and being cooked in oil.

Any advice would be great!
