Ideas for cabbage?? Don't fancy a roast and my whole cabbage is going to start going bad by Friday. Ideas much appreciated!

Its nice as part of a stir fry

Add with other veg for a green soup with some blue cheese added.

Try this - link to Polish recipe for cabbage and pasta - but use fry light instead of the oil - it sounds strage mix, I live in Austria and we have something very similar called Krauter Fleckerl - it is yummy and very filling - great for cold days. It's great on EE as you already have the superfree with cabbage and mushrooms, and even good without the meat if you are looking for something on a green day.
