    Do you mean the cheesecake one???

    Filling
    2 pots Quark cheese
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 sachet Cadbury’s Chocolate Hi-Lites (whatever flavour you like)
    5 tbs granulated sweetener (or to taste)
    1 sachet of gelatin (if vegetarian use Veganin)
    Base
    20 Cadbury’s Animal Cracker Biscuits ( ½ sin each)
    Method;
    Crush the biscuits to a powder and press into the base of a loose bottomed 8 inch cake tin.
    Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes until the chocolate has melted then cool in the fridge.
    Mix the cheese, extract and sweetener together.
    Dilute the Hi Lites with boiling water and whisk in the gelatin then whisk into the cheese mixture.
    Pour over the base and leave to set in the fridge.
    The gelatin may not whisk in well - don't worry it still tastes great!
    Try adding rum essence instead of vanilla

    This recipe sounds so good! Has anyone made it?? BTW - Animal biscuits are 1 syn each, it's the mini ones that are 1/2 a syn.

    Meant to ask - how much boiling water do you use? The usual amount for a hot chocolate or less?
