how many calories ??? just divide by 20 and get the syn value

As far as I can see online, they are 120 calories each, which would be six syns each.

But you must check the calorie content on the label of the product you have, because there seem to be different varieties and sizes.

Anyway, as AmandaJoe says, it is 1 syn per 20 calories, on any SW plan
