Had a bacon omlette at the cafe. I wanted to know how many syns to count for the oil roughly x

Impossible to say but this is what is says online
Eggs, omelette, plain, cooked with fat, average, 120g serving 4 4 4
120g won't be very big so it could be double that and you'd need to allow some syns for the bacon as well as it won't have been lean.
