Bin making cakes today. Having a big binge today then starting with leftover shakes tomorrow. Question is ...... do I eat the secret mars bar in the cupboard now or try and be strong and just look at it????? No! think I'll eat it now and get it out of the way. It's no good kidding myself. It will torment me in my sleep!
