tried to enterTesco market value fruit salad(frozen) to see if it is free and there doesn't seem to be a free food allowance for fresh fruit. Not sure how to calculate it now.(NOT ON SYNS ON LINE)

Check the ingredients list. If it is just fruit then it would be free. Is there any sugar in it?

even if theres no added sugar , the label will still show that it has sugar in it

Yes, it will, because all fruit has a form of sugar in it. But I meant added sugar, which would be mentioned in the ingredients list.
