I used to go to Debbies in colwyn bay nearly 4 years ago now, but I dont have two pennies to rub together or I would be back there in a flash! Are you at group? As soon as I have sorted my finances I plan on going back to group as I love it!x

Yeah, when I lived over in Chester. I loved it! Didn't help my weight loss journey though. I'm taking some time out to focus on me and get me healthy and happy again. Have fun on Tuesday! Xx

Ha ha! We have similar issues in our family!! Dad is English but has lived in Wales for years, mum is both, we are of Irish descent but my sister and I are Cymraeg born & bred! My partner is a Scot (no real problems there lol!) Makes for a great 6 nations

How are the other Welshies doing? I've dropped 19.5lbs since I started SW on Jan 9th! So thats in 7 weeks. So happy, and well on target to reach my first mini goal on time! I want my Club 10 by March 27th, and have 6.5lbs to go...

Sounds a bit like my family...I was born in London but have lived in Wales most of my life, dad is 'London Irish', Mum's mum was Welsh, my kids and sister are Welsh, OH is English but has Scottish in the mix...and yes our 6 Nations are usually VERY interesting as I cheer for Ireland (brought up doing it, don't hate me lol), kids cheer for Wales...gets a bit heated occasionally!
