Hi everyone.
I'm new here, and can't wait to get to know you all.
I started CCing a week ago (using WLR website) and have lost around 4lb this week (first proper WI tomorrow morning).
My wedding is in 5 months, so really I should have pulled my finger out sooner, but there's no point wishing for the time back, so I'm just going to have to keep my head down between now and then!
Ideally I'd like to lose 3 stone by then, but I know that's a huge ask. But I figure if I aim for that then even only getting 3/4 of the way will be a huge difference to now!
WLR says I should be on 1700 calories a day to lose 2lb a week, but I'm feeling great and eating plenty on 1200-1500 a day, so that's what I'm doing for now. I also go to the gym 3-4 times a week.
