Calorie counting

It's all about common sense. You can absolutley eat what you like as long as you stay within your limit.

I wouldn't like to eat my entire cal allowance in biscuits and chocolate though. I would feel like rubbish, and if I did it constantly my body wouldn't be happy!
The more fruit and veg you eat, the healthier you will be and the happier your body will be. You are also more likely to loose weight if you are eating a balanced diet.

The good thing about ccing, is that you can eat what you want, so if you fancy that chocolate bar or cookie etc, you can have it. Just make sure you have cals left for it, and eat sensibly the rest of the time.
