I wonder if you can help me out with a question,
ive been looking all over the internet (and ive read the calories burned calculator on this site) to find how many calories I burn during a toning session.
I cant find anything that will tell me how many cals I burn during a 20 min toning session of repetitions of squats, pliés, lunges, situps and butt toning floor work. (I weigh 126pounds)
should I compare it to 20 mins of low impact aerobics?
