about 900, i believe someone said on here its 50 calories per point. but you also have to factor in the 0point foods which will make up a dew hundred if you eat alot of vegetables, fat free greek yoghurt etc
1 point is up to about 100 cals depending on the sat fat... it could be anything between around 47 - 96 cals if its very low fat, more if its higher in sat fat, theres not really a clear guideline.
Thats possibly just down to the choices youve made today though. Thats not a hard and fast rule. You shouldnt count calories and points though, just do one or other
