Hi all,
Resrarted last week, feel brilliant but the doc has diagnosed me with iron deficient anaemia. Its not due to the cambridge diet its because of a gynae problem,nothing serious.
Anyway can i take my iron tablets with the cambridge diet? I forgot to ask him and i don't see him until Tues. My iron stores arenear enough depleted so he says i need to take the ferrous sulphate to boost it.
Any help greatly appreciated
