L LilyPotter Silver Member 4 February 2012 #5 Hi Samantha, yes unfortunately the diet does affect your periods. However, this should settle down shortly. I was on for 2 weeks too but all is ok now. I spoke to my CDC and she says it's perfectly normal xx
