I'm finding the diet really good hun. The first week was hard but now that i'm used to not having much food it's got a LOT easier. It really is worth sticking with for at least the 2 weeks that i've found its taken my body to get used to it. Day 14 for me tomorrow and then weigh in on thursday. Im hoping for a good 2 or 3 pounds this week
