can a cold affect weight loss

ive jsut come down with the most AWFUL cold and jsut off to get weighed... hope its not going to ruin my weigh in

I too have a cold and feel awful so I really do sympathise with you.

So far today I have had a diet of tea and lemsip. Being ill sucks!!
