Can anyone check if there are syns in theses?

I picked these up in Waitrose as they were really reduced (I'm a sucker for this as Waitrose is only round the corner from me!) and am hoping they are free or really low on red/EE days... any chance someone could check as I'm doing this from home with older books and they're not listed:

Love life (waitrose new own brand range) 2 peppered mackerel fillets (fresh ones rather than smoked)

Easy to Cook (again a waitrose own brand range) pink peppercorn crusted beef steaks

Thanks! I'm assuming it's due to having a tiny bit of oil in its ingredients that there's some syns. The pack is 240g so even if I'm feeling greedy (I bought 2 packs as they were so cheap) it is just 1 syn... as long as it's not a green day!

Thanks for looking though it has a sprinkle of some sort of crumb on it. So think I'll let OH have them by himself or syn it at 6 to be generous. No where near as much as a slice of bread so should be safe - rest seems to be normal free ingredients. Cheers!
