Can anyone help me with jelly?????

Hi there, I need a little help with jelly, i have heard you can eat as much jelly as you like but i'm not to sure about it and how do you make it?

If anyone can help with this i would really appreicate it

Do you mean using Mix A Mousse to make the jelly ?

If so then one level scoop of Mix A Mousse a day is allowed while on SS

i made this for 2 of us, using 1 pint really cold water, 2 scoops mix a mousse and small amount of water flavouring, mix it all up with hand blender and put back in fridge... yummy!!!

U just need to use half the amount i did
