Hello everyone. My first time here. I feel really bad.. I'm 19 years old that weighs 12:12
and unfortunately I'm the kind of person that expects to see the weight fall off ASAP! The first time, I went to weight watchers. Lost 7lbs in a month and then was stuck on a certain weight for a month. I got tired of it and went to the Cambridge diet. Was all good, lost a pound a day but then I ended up quiting because I wanted my food back desperately it had me in tears. So Now, I'm back on weight watchers. I am trying to lose more weight with it but getting disappointed because im not seeing results. Im on 22 points a day. I do not go over my points. My leader told me I could eat junk for my meals as long as they were within my points. this true? I find that hard to believe. Can anyone tell me what they do to make it go off a bit quicker? I excercise i eat healthy i dont cheat i drink 8 glasses of water a day so what is the problem??? someone help please!?!?!
