can anyone just feel like its been a bad weight day?

I do when I do green days. I generally stick to red so when I throw a few green days in I feel quite bloated.

The scales reflect it on weigh day though and fingers crossed no gains yet.

Although i am being good foodwise I am struggling to exercise. Not like ne. I know ive gained. Body tone tmoz and a walk as car hasMOT. Hoping this lazy phase will pass

Yes sometimes I am positive I've gained as I feel bloated, usually if I've been on plan even though I feel like I've gained I haven't. Or sometimes (usually around that time of the month) I will gain or maintain but then have an extra loss the following week
