How to set up the ticker. I know I have been on this site since March and still dont know. I have clicked on someone else's went through the instructions and lost it, I also would like to upload some pictures and dont know how. Can anyone help this muppet please. I know that I am maintaining now but want to keep the incentive going, cos I would like to lose 7 more pounds. xx

Just click on someone elses again and set it up. Read the sticky on setting up tickers at the top of the forum page too. hth?
Go into your User CP (topleft hand side in the blue box) and upload your photo's in there into your albums.
