how to figure out the syn values of baking something? I have a 2 1/2 year old who likes to bake and I really want to bake with her but don't want the temptation in the house.:17729:

Other than that does anyone know any low syn recipes I could try with her?;)

I saw yesterday a recipe for chocolate nest buns, which only worked out a 1 syn each and you could make these into butterfly cakes too, the recipe is on here but i not sure how to do an attachment, just put chocolate nest buns in search. Hope this helps

You copy what is in the address bar (when you have the relevant page open) at the top of the screen and paste it in to your post :flirt2: :D
