how to figure out the syn values of baking something? I have a 2 1/2 year old who likes to bake and I really want to bake with her but don't want the temptation in the house.:17729:

Other than that does anyone know any low syn recipes I could try with her?

These banana and malteser cakes seem popular and should be suitable for your littlun to get involved in making! also puffed rice (rather than rice crispies) made into 'cakes' with chocolate are about 2.5 syns each. a cheaper alternative to the traditional fave

I saw yesterday a recipe for chocolate nest buns, which only worked out a 1 syn each and you could make these into butterfly cakes too, the recipe is on here but i not sure how to do an attachment, just put chocolate nest buns in search. Hope this helps
