arrrr so its not because it knocks you out of ketosis or slows weight loss in any way, its because it may bring on cravings. To be honest I'm not worried about that as I think when ssing you have will power, but I'm hating the breath. Good to know.
i know when i ran out of listerine strips i used gum to keep breath fresh.. and what happens is it makes you hungry!!!
.it was a nightmare! ... thats why they dont like you to have it ... but some people can quite happily chew away with no effect on their appetite but not me ... i found it made me think about eatin... so was glad when my new batch of listerine strips came ... you used to be able to get in tesco .. but they seem to have stopped selling them ... i got mine from chemist direct ! ... sooo ... no chewing gum is best bet....! byee xx
