    yes to shop bought mayo. Yes to mascapone. Yes to corned beef. However, Atkins would not like the idea of corned beef due to the preservatives etc that will be in it. but in terms of carbs - it is fine

    Sorry to be a pest. I have some sugar free squash that has carbs per ml undiluted. Would this be allowed?

    sorry. No idea sorry. I do know that the amount of artificial sweetner should be limited. Best to keep things simple in the first couple of weeks. Personally, I'd go without the squash

    Thanks Dancing, I will keep it simple. I can live without my squash and have jelly when I need a sweet taste.
