I am a newbie i have done ww along time ago did used to go to a ww meeting but things cropped up so i could not make it
I tried just to eat healthy on my own but had no sucess
Thinking of joining a ww meeting which would help .

I have only been with WW for a few weeks but really enjoying it. I am glad I go to a meeting and make sure I go every week and stay for the meeting talk
