for those of you not using the excel weight tracker on the sticky above, go and get it! It is soooo motivating to see the percentages of target weight/% of start weight etc change. I started at 135% of target weight, and am now 124% of target weight, in just 3 weeks!
And of course, a big thank you to steve who created it (as a fellow excel geek i really appreciate it!)
