I'm not really doing slimming world, I'm following Gillian Mckeiths 'you are what you eat' book, but slimming world is the closest I can find on here, as it uses the same food optimising idea.
so I wondered if it would be allright if I gatecrashed and posted in here for a while? I'm trying to do it on my own mostly so I could do with some likeminded people to chat with on an evening
