Okay ... here it is:

  • If a food is free on red then it is free on EE
  • If a food is free on green then it is free on EE
  • 1 x HEa and 1 x HEb
  • One third of every meal should ideally be superfree foods, that is fruit and non-starchy veg
  • Try to make superfree foods your first choice for snacks
  • 5-15 syns a day
  • If a product has a syn value then count it as the lower of the red/green values
