Extra Easy Can somebody help me understand extra easy?

    Hey Guys,

    I understand the red and green day plans. But i am really struggling to understand how extra easy works compare to them?

    Have you searched on here for extra easy threads? Theres lots of them as you are not the only one that has struggled with it but it can work really well for lots of people :)

    Okay ... here it is:

    • If a food is free on red then it is free on EE
    • If a food is free on green then it is free on EE
    • 1 x HEa and 1 x HEb
    • One third of every meal should ideally be superfree foods, that is fruit and non-starchy veg
    • Try to make superfree foods your first choice for snacks
    • 5-15 syns a day
    • If a product has a syn value then count it as the lower of the red/green values
    Easy as!
