Is bouillon allowed? You know the marigold one with the orange lid, how much can you have a day?
And what about tinned toms and curry powder to make a curry? Is there any other way of making a curry that;s free??

Hi

I think bouillon is allowed but check the label and count the carbs

Tomatoes are quite high in carbs and are probably best avoided or at least kept to very small amounts.

For a quick simple curry I fry up whatever meat and veg I want then add a tablespoon of pataks curry paste (i use rogan josh - its the lowest carb one i've found) and some double cream. I just had that now and it's lush :D

There are also some nice curry recipes in the recipe sticky at the top if you want something a bit more elaborate.

Hope thats some help

i could only advise the same as jonsgirl xx

agreed, just check the carbs.
