Can someone check today's menu plz

Um not to add another debate in but is it still ok when cooking from scratch to incorporate superfree foods into the recipe and count that as your 1/3 superfree (not an exact science I know, but near enough)?

I'm a creature of comfort and all changes make my head spin lol!

I would say so, as you are not going cook up a spaghetti bolognese for example with lots of veggies in it, and then fill a 1/3 of your plate superfree as well.

But what do I know :p lol
 
Cool, I agree with that statement. Not sure even I could manage a spag bol with loads of veg on the side as well lol!
