Looking at the nutritional info on their website, a mocha with whipped cream is:

    Tall - Skimmed Milk - 228 calories - 11.5 syns
    Tall - Semi Skimmed Milk - 266 calories - 13.5 syns
    Tall - Whole Milk - 290 calories - 14.5 syns

Thanks, I think a small White mocha is 11.5 though isn't it as it has a shot of syrup in it? Whereas the mocha just has the chocolate & coffee??

The white chocolate mochas are even higher in calories than the cafe mocha

    Tall - skimmed - 330 calories - 16.5
    Tall - semi-skimmed - 367 calories - 18.5 syns
    Tall - whole milk - 392 calories - 20 syns

They do a short version which is lower in calories. If you want to look at those - check out the starbucks website and divide the calories by 20.

One when there are no free foods in the ingredients as that makes the syn value lower
