JUDDDD stands for Johnsom Up Day Down Day Diet, in which you eat normally every other day then cut your calories to 20-35% of that on alternate days. It can also be used for maintenance when the down days are higher, around half your normal calories. There is an official website which gives you all the info you need: Johnson Upday Downday Diet and there are no subscriptions or anything to pay other than your food bills.
