can someone reasure me my daily points are right?

Female = Score 3
16 - 20 = Score 5
weight- 12
5ft 4ins or above = Score 2
Sitting down most of the time = Score 0

so thats 22 right?

Is this acurate aswell?

Im a newbie i know haha
i just wanna make sure im doing it right
cos im eating so much, within them points like, but before i tried the slimfast diet and preety much just had 1 shake and dinner and usally some crisps, it still feels weird to be able to eat what i want
