No - you use or lose them! You could with the old points system but not with propoints xx
Thank you. I forced myself to eat the rest of my PPs. No point in wasting them!
I often wondered this too as sometimes if I've eaten a lot of fruit or salad throughout the day I'm left with quite a few ProPoints in the evening.
I don't always like to eat them for the sake of it though so the odd times I will be 3 or 4 under xxx

I don't want to eat for the sake of eating but on the other hand, feel I should eat what I am allocated otherwise I have no wiggle room when/if I stop losing.
It's not officially allowed, but I have done it a few times with success. You don't want to regularly eat below a certain calorie allowance, but OTOH you don't want to force yourself to eat for the sake of it. There are weeks where I've successfully added spare daily points to my weeklies and still lost. A couple of weeks ago I deliberately ate light all week because I knew the family wedding was going to kill my points, even if I was "good" and I still lost 1lb. Just don't become complacent about accurately tracking/eating only F&H.
