I was wondering if anyone could help me? new to this and getting bored of water already lol ?
I am not sure whether you can or not but would think that it might be too salty. Don't know though, hope you get a better answer soon.
Officially no, there there are a lot that do and it doesn't make a difference to losses. I buy the low salt version and limit myself to 1 a day max.
My consultant says you can have boullion, i don't make it strong and i don't drink it everyday but at least once a week and i felt it helped with leg cramps, try it and see how you get on xx
