Can you (or have you ever) made gravy using frylight?

I'm thinking of making a quorn roast, and seeing as OXO is now free, all I'd have to syn is the flour.

(I think. I've never been good at making gravy.)

I just thicken my oxo (I normally use 2 cubes) gravy with cornflour, I don't use fat or oil.....I'm not sure if there are syns in the cornflour though, maybe someone would be good enough to tell us, I hope this help's...

Smash is really good for thickening sauces etc if you're looking for a syn-free (green and EE) alternative to cornflour.

Do you have a recipe or measurements on how to do that? I seriously can't find a SW gravy recipe anywhere!

Crumbs, squiddle that's a lot of syns for a bit of cornflour, I think I'll use some Smash next time, many thanks everyone.

I'd have never thought of using smash, thanks!
