can you used mouth wash

Hi, day 7 now and doing ok. The only problem is my mouth tastes horrible, is it to use mouth wash or breath freshener sprays?

Its ok to use mouthwash...but i personally would stick to listerine. And its a no no for the sprays; however you can use listerine strips.. i get mine from asda's chemist xx
