..only have 1 wholemeal roll as your hex b? i bought the tesco healthy living ones and they seem a bit poxy for 1 for my hex b. or can you have 2?!

boo! but am i right in thinking you can 3 slices of weighwatchers granary bread? just trying to find a way to sneak in a peice of bread with my stew tomorrow night as well as a sandwhich at lunch!!

You can have 3 x Danish malted but be warned, it's wafer thin (which I actually love cos when you toast it it goes all crisp - this has become my crisp replacement ). Don't know whether it would stand up to a stew though
