Can anybody please tell me the syn value for sainsbury's be good to yourself spinach and ricotta canneloni, ready meal?

hey all

i just bought this and i am eating it, but the packaging has changed, and i'm sure its like its got more of the creamy sauce in it.

Can anybody advise if they syns have changed? xx
