Well, ive had my 1st weigh-in today at the drs and only lost friggin (sorry) 3lbs!!! :argh:

That was it, the tears had started and wanted to quit n thort whys the point of going thru hell n back and sweating my bits off on the wii fit for measly 3lbs!

    :17729:

Then i remembered them nasty words the foot dr said to me which really peeved me off that day, but had put a size 9 up my rear, and i really have gotta do summit.

So this past month has now passed and a new months box of blues has arrived, so lets put it behind ans start as fresh.

One good thing tho is that ive managed to book my next 4 week weigh-in with the dr and aswell as ive booked 3 weeks worth of weekly weigh-ins with the nurse to keep me on my toes, so im gonna give that a try.

Sorry for going on a bit folkes x

Did you get any measurements done? If you are working out then muscle gain could account for some weight and inches lost is the more accurate way of seeing results.

Has your water intake been good? Could be water retention (which TOTM can also cause). Portion sizes in control as well? I know that's my biggest demon nowadays, even though I'm eating healthier making sure I don't over do the portions and hence over do the calories.

Where about's in Norfolk are you from? I work in the city but live at RAF Coltishall (Not far from Coltishal/Worstead/North Walsham).

Hi hun, it's awful when you don't lose much or put it on (in my case) but try not to be too disheartened, it's still going in the right direction.

Do your measurements, you might be pleasantly suprised! I am also trying to drink more water, I find that downing a glass before each meal and then a glass during the meal is easier for me. I hate drinking water though, it's so boring haha.

Hope you have a better result next time x
