Cant control myself

Breakfast:
3 slices of bacon w/fat removed
Beans
1 slice ww bread (hexB) w/scraping of lf butter (2 syns)
1/3 mushrooms

Dinner:
Chicken thighs, skin and fat removed
Curry sauce w/onions, sweetcorn, tomatoes and jalapeno (1 syn)
Rice
Banana
Diet coke

Snack:
Vanilla yogurt (1 syn) w/scan bran crushed (hexb)

5 mini chocolate fingers (3 1/2 syns)

2 tea w/ff milk

Coors light (4 1/2 syns)

Total syns: 12 :)

I never had the coors after all so had less syns than expected :)
 
Yesterday, omg I was absolutely brilliant until about an hour before I went 2 bed :( cannot believe the amount of syns I had in that hour.!! I promised myself that today, I was going to be really good, went shopping then ended up going to two different restaurants trying to order sw friendly meal, they wouldn't even try appease me so I ended up having nothing healthy and got a take away instead :( Tomorrow's another day BUT weigh in is on tuesday so I'm a little bit stressed but hey all we can do is our best. Hope your doing better than me x
