Can't upload pics (profile, avatar etc)

Hi all

What am i doing wrong? I have resized pics to below the size it says etc but i still get an upload failed message :-(

Help please?

Sometimes i get that upload failed message but it uploads properly anyways

I think it's because you need to have posted 100 messages on the forums or something, once you've done that, you should be able to add your pics and stuff. I think thats the way it worked for me so if I'm correct in my way of thinking, you've only got 30 more posts to go x x

i'm sure it probably tells you somewhere in the forum about how many posts earn what privilges (e.g. 50 for private messages) but i couldn't find it!
